1.) No work life balance. 2.) Hods who are having god fathers behave like master of organisations. They treat their subordinate in very bad manner. They themselves enjoy leaves and their subordinates deprive of it. 3.) In order to impress their god fathers some department heads comes duty on Sundays and take c-offs every third months. 4.) Always play blame game with their subordinates. 5.) Provoke their subordinates on phone call and record the call. 6.) Shout subordinates in front of contract engineers. In order to suppress them. 7.)
