Most of department heads have joined here through reference. Many of them even doesn't fullfil minimum criteria.

1.) No work life balance. 2.) Hods who are having god fathers behave like master of organisations. They treat their subordinate in very bad manner. They themselves enjoy leaves and their subordinates deprive of it. 3.) In order to impress their god fathers some department heads comes duty on Sundays and take c-offs every third months. 4.) Always play blame game with their subordinates. 5.) Provoke their subordinates on phone call and record the call. 6.) Shout subordinates in front of contract engineers. In order to suppress them. 7.) They have no idea of actual manpower requirement at site. In order to impress their god fathers some department heads do not give manpower requirement to top management for recruitment....Read More
