The promotion policies are worst. There are no such tools or work ex that you get which you can employ in other companies. The notice period of 3 months is uncalled for. Top Management is not supportive and not prepared for doing business.

I recently joined Odessa and underwent a satisfying interview process. The onboarding was good. The hiring manager explained well about the work culture and how I will be collaborating with the team I will be handling. The company has good employee benefits. SO far things are going well. Can't wait to see what's in store.

Working at Odessa comes with good learning opportunities. We have regular skills development training programs that help team members in skill upgradation. Moreover, there is no micromanagement which I particularly appreciate. Because of this, there is also the possibility of interacting with clients and directly building business relationships with them.

Dislikes

Odessa is a fast-paced work environment. While the team is supportive, I have seen juniors struggling to keep up once in a while.

Colleagues are really helpful and easy going. Few people may even go out of their way to help you out. Food and snacks are on the house.

The old timers more than 15+ years get uncomfortable with new talented person. They will make his life difficult in every way possible. New management sucks big time, forcing people to relocate to Blr with no relocation benefits. The talented pool of leaders were let go recently and toxic ones are taking over. Food benefits, hybrid work, some managers were good, but they left or put papers now mostly women mangers left who don't want to take risks, they have limited exposure to system outside industry as they never worked outside Odessa. They just know some part of system well and taking advantage of the same. I remember this manager and under her some 4 people about to leave or left in year, still I don't think HR's takes into account all these signals. Thier future is secure but if you want to really want something to consider for long term growth better avoid it. As an organization it provides enough exposure to employees who have already spent good number of years in protecting them/growing them in all aspects. Few employees who have performed well/in good terms with the leadership get best possible backing in growing within the organization.
