My review about octobotics tech may seem like I'm seeking vengeance or something but I don't want my fellow junior colleagues or deserving candidates to suffer what I had to go through. Delays in the salary are normal here. Speaking of professionalism I don't think that word is in their dictionary. They terminated me for no reason and hired me with so many promises about my future. And guess what I was the 8th guy who got terminated fo no reason. I left my job seeking a challenging and lucrative role and here they play by "hire fast and fire fast" rule. Extended working hours on regular basis without even any prior notice with no overtime pay. I would recommend all young talents out there to never compromise and negotiate with your needs/requirements/aspirations. Make sure you get what you want from a company. Trust me there is a far better company waiting for you to apply for an interview. There are companies/start-ups who value there assets and take care of them very well.
