The company do not mount pressure on you and you don't feel work burden. No unnecessary meetings, Managers, seniors are very friendly. I spent 1.5 years here. Most of the things which an employee seeks in a company, you will find here. One of them is Peace of mind which is highly sought by an employee.

Job boards should be more for sourcing candidates like indeed, Linkedin premium, Zip recruiter etc.

Work life balance is good. As i hv joined as a fresher i have gained knowledge on IT recruitment. Gained good experience aswell.

There is no job security. As market is low and as there is no requirements, management should think about employees. But they just put employees on PIP if there is no onboarding in 3 months. There is a employment law that company should give salary for 3 months if in case of layoff. They ll not provide that.

Only the main management is good. It completely depends on which team you will be placed if not managers gonna suck your blood like anything.

No work life balance. No leaves on Mondays & Fridays for recruiters. Only managers have all the freedom, too much of internal politics, No career growth at all. If your a experienced Recruiter this Is not the place to work. All they care abt is the number of joiners.
