i like the way how company is ready to reduce the playslip, by providing xyz reasons to an employee, hike of the year 2020 was not given even revenues got ramped up. i like they are always ready to take Original certificates to black mail you to pay 2 lakhs if you break 3 YEARS of AGREEMENT, even after serving for 2.5 years. still like this many are there from my end.

Dislikes

no worklife balance, minimmum 10 hrs of time to log, long duration of day sometime you will end up a day more than 15 hrs, very very less pay, no employee support, you don't even get udemy to learn courses don't expect perks, expect salary with internet bill is still a dream!

It's better than other service based companies like TCS, CTS etc.,. if you perform well, stick around for more than 4 years and have good connections, you can expect on-site opportunities.

Dislikes

Job roles and designations are murky and you can't expect your preferred role, and there is a lot of shuffling of roles and tech stacks. Work culture is a bit toxic if you don't agree with management on everything.
