There is a lot learn, you can build yourself into formidable after working here for 2 year because they give responsibility, they give learning, they put in a situation from where you come up as a strong skilled person.

Dislikes

There is no work life balance and management is not good. Company is in transition phase so there is lot of uncertainty over it's existence in next few years or so.

The work culture is highly toxic. CEO and HR frequently hires freshers and suddenly let them go without any prior notice. Employees are required to address seniors as sir and ma'am which is hardly practiced in any IT firm. Most peers are dissatisfied with their roles. The working hours are rigid from 10 AM to 7:30 PM and the salary offered is quite low in comparison. The Tech Stack in development is outdated. Seniors are really rude here. There story behind for starting the company. Story was very emotional that there mother diagnosed a cancer and during that fage they are suffering to managed the documentation . for that they make this solution.

Although the story behind to establishing organisation will be quite interesting but the intention was very worst. They want slave on there organisation who can work day and night without questioning.
