I regret to say that my experience working under Team Leader Vasanth ( ventra)at NYX has been extremely frustrating. There is a clear pattern of partiality and favoritism that has created a very toxic work environment. Vasanth tends to give preferential treatment to certain team members while overlooking others who are equally or more qualified. This has led to feelings of resentment and disengagement among many of us. It’s disheartening to see someone in a leadership position making decisions based on personal biases rather than merit and hard work. Unfortunately, this kind of behavior severely impacts team morale and productivity. I hope NYX addresses this issue for the benefit of the employees and the overall work culture. I have worked in NYX for 8months.This is the worst company i have ever seen.And please guys don’t go to anesthesias process this my personal suggestion for your life sake.Bcz i have stuck in that manhole process.In that process Thirumal path is psychological disorder patient he will treat u like slave and like school children.He have 0% of process knowledge.He act like over smart for his promotion he will suck your blood and put it in bottle whenever he want he will drink.So guys pls think and join.Don't stuck in the manhole...Read More
