Not much.. You can comfortably work until project contracts get over. There after you are on the radar of getting fired. Permanent WFH

No job security. Hiring and firing is culture of the company. You will get fired anytime without notice period. No process, HRs are spineless. Only one man show.

I have worked couple of months with their internal team and the CEO/MD directly. The team members were good and corporative. The MD is also a techi, has good knowledge on the tech stacks as well. Then i started working as a consultant for different client So couldn't give much feedback on internal teams. The HR, recruitment, accounts are really helpful.

Couldn't find much, the paid leaves are low.

Work life balance is poor,management is very poor and feels like call centre. Job security is not at all clear many of my Colleagues got fired instantly without any good reaons.

Don’t ever try to join this company. Because after 2 months you have to search for another job anyway. They treat their employees under hire and fire policy. Usually I don’t write reviews for Companies. Because every company having their own policies but this company is disaster for employees.
