Nucsoft is a complete scam for freshers! They hire you, give zero real opportunities, and then blame you for their failures. I was terminated before even completing my training period, after just two interviews (for non-technical roles, despite being hired as a Software Engineer). Now, they’re demanding a huge sum of money for so-called “training costs.” On top of that, they’ve withheld my salary and original documents, blocking my career. HR ignores all my requests for proof—because they have none! And it’s not just me—they pulled this fraud on 4-5 freshers at the same time. Imagine how many have been scammed over the years. Capable and deserve candidates are getting proper growth here in terms of financial too. Extremely low salary, Highly religiously biased Team Lead, No one would care if you are literally Sexually Harrassed by the client, would not hesitate to fire you after which you would be asked to pay certain lakhs failing which they would not return your original documents.
