nucsoft offers freashers initial opportunities, but ungair terminates and exploitative policies make it a stressful workplace

Dislikes

1) freashers are blamed and fired without valid reasons. 2) used as an excuse to justify dismissals 3) pending payments are not released after termination 4) original documents are with held, blocking career growth 5) employees are asked to pay after being fired 6) HR ignores cpncerns and refuses to provide proof 7) inexperoence is used against employees instead of supporting growth 8) Unethical practices create financial and emotional burdens...Read More
