Likes

Company is very good but there is lot of politics played. Even in my team also the manager has made the perception of people and according to that he had given the appraisal raiting. According to him his rules only applied to team not to himself. On contrary, in other teams the manager take cares of employees and treat them equally.

Dislikes

We have to complete the biometric 9 hrs of duty or if cannot do at some point then the hrs needed to be completed within the month.

Work Details

It's sometimes boring and sometimes fun. Even there is a chance that you are free and can have tea break in cafeteria.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

Notice period, early join

My current company notice period is two months 23-Dec-2024 to 20-feb-2024. But my new employer asking for early join ie 3rd of feb! I requested for early relieve to My current employer. Verbally they agreed to relieve two weeks early but now they not ready to relieve early. They want me to complete two months notice period. My new employer asking to join early! What can I do? Please some some give best advice?
