Likes: The company has great opportunity career wise if you are performer. Company provides all the decent facilities that one needs like canteen, outdoor activities, higher education etc. The company is much developed in terms of software which they use especially Dragon. Company encourages talent and ensures that all the member ofthe company get skilled enough to handle the work they do. I had a wonderful opportunity to learn many things through their discussion and classes they put for the employee. Dislikes: As and when anybody approaches for the employment in the company, they have to go through some tests at various levels in the same manner when decision is taken for employee it should not be in the hand of only team manager, it must also involve all the levels. Here, team manager is given whole and sole power to reject or accept a candidate that I think in the company interest not encouraging as sometime it gets misused. Company encourages performer, but sometimes they cut the salary for the minor mistake converted into grave error, since this is a medical transcription company....Read More
