During pandemic even though the company knew how tough to find a new job removed 75% of employee without humanity though company was progressing well. Just used the employee as a tissue paper.

Hello...thank you for this review. My life turned up side down when my TL changed, his name was Anwar Sadath, he behaved badly and rudely with me. Sadly no one was there whom I can report. One of the worst phase I passed. No one understands how that person feels when he/she is harassed, feelingless and heartless people. Sadly my experience is not at all good, he ruined my career but I survived somehow with my own courage. There are many who are quiet in my group and not speaking up. Bad work culture we have, pathetic!!! Just look around and see how people's interest lost and they left job due to that. It gone deteriorated as days passed, gone bad to worst and it's all under this person name Anwar Sadaath. My previous TL was gem, Mr. Harminder Singh. This Anwar killed my interest completely in medical transaction.

The teammates, the training etc were very good. Nuance is basically performance based. If u perform well, u r safe and secure. U need to be very involved in the job.

Work pressure has become more over the years. I feel we need to work more than the shift hours for earning well and that affects our health and family life.
