1. Good work culture. No one's going to ask your work status if you are delivering as per the expectations. 2. No micromanagement at teams level. 3. Good work life balance. 4. No questions asked on leaves. Have good leave policy.

Dislikes

1. Minimal salary who's going to join from college campus. 2. Campus selected employees have to go through regular trainings to be eligible for the increment and have to at least spend five years to somewhat be on level of other team members doing same tasks. 3. New mandatory trainings keeps on coming and people have to do it.

I have attended final round (VP round) in Deloitte on 21 Nov 2024 but till now there is no response from them. Wherever we go, everything depends on which Account/Client we work and the management team. As far I have seen, hikes and promotions are decent based on the performance and delivery to the account. Also We do have multiple cross skilling opportunities. I joined as a fresher hikes occur on 6-7 months cycle for grade 5 & 6. But againas we are joining as freshers the packages would be low and hikes would not give a massive hike at once, it is decent according to the performance. Compared to other service based company, it is a better opportunity for freshers to get opportunity or exposure to work faster ( Pushing a non swimmer into ocean, you learn to swim ? you survive : you do not survive )...Read More
