There is nothing you will like, Dell was far better than NTT. Wrost part is in NTT no one knows policies, HR team totally useless.

Dislikes

HR policies, Bonus part is one of them, don't get confuse when they hire you and give you good variable amount. When cycle will come they will say we don't have budget and total variable part will be 1% only.

There is no job security. There is no projects in this company....if project closed...we have to go out of company...

No Bonus, hike they do like 4% 5% in this domain. NTT is not a good company for service support projects. Not sure about other domains. No skill developed so far in last 3 years. 10 yrs we work as per roster but bill / paid for only 8 hours.

Such a good company to work.Being an MNC, NTT Data has very cool and peaceful work culture. Good number of leaves, flexible timing,good office location in banglore are the few positive aspects,onsite opportunity depends on your luck, on your managers and the projects. Salary wise, not mush yearly hike.

It was a stressful time at Ntt Data with client expectations being irrational. Difficult to work with managers as they are non-technical. Compensation for work done is not good

Clients and project both are Big to explore yourself. My manager is awesome 👍 all teammates are very helpful. Extra benefits are there like shift allowance , holidays allowance and yearly one time bonus.
