There are a few options based on the department you are working in, but I didn't find any in my department.

I worked at this firm for a few months and I observed that there is no respect for the dignity of work. If your position falls between L0 and L3, you are treated poorly, almost as if you are the lowest-ranking person in the company. Employees in these positions are not treated as human beings. The company sets unrealistic targets and has unreachable expectations, which can negatively impact your work-life balance. The higher management is the worst, and it feels like a very political company. It seems like anyone skilled in office politics can get ahead.
