Got Rejected In an Interview, Just Because I Didn’t Answer a Personal Question

So, I got invited for this interview, and they told me to be there at 9 AM. Of course, I get there early, like 8:30, because I don't want to be late. But then I end up waiting for 1.5 hours. Seriously, they didn't even acknowledge me until 10. Then this HR lady calls me in, and she's totally unprofessional. She's like, on her phone, making personal calls while I'm sitting right there. And then she starts asking me these really weird questions, like what my nickname is, and what my dad does for a living. It got really uncomfortable when she started pressing for details about where my dad works. I mean, what does that have to do with anything? So I politely told her I didn't want to answer, and she actually said, "Then we can't continue this interview." I was honestly shocked. But instead of arguing, I just stood up and said, “Alright then.” And walked out. I left feeling pissed. Not only did they waste an hour of my time, but the HR rep was also rude and unprofessional..

The company is way to good for any freshers, they help you to with there trainings and motivates you to step up to learn teachmology. They provide various learning platforms as well. You don't have to think about job security over here you can easily trust this company for that, unless and until you have done something really wrong.Work culture is good , some or the other activity goes on in office management is OK I can say. Work life balance is good as we have that flexibility to work in rotational shift and HR's and Team leads and Managers are nice people.
