This company works totally on Casteism, Regionalism and Buttering in this modern and technical era. Management here at AGM GM And ED level are of very cheap and Old mind set. Girls employee don’t get equal opportunity here to excel in career growth. Location wise this company is having mostly remote location. I didn't got promotion on time even of my hard work and loyalty with NTPC. My subordinates were promoted because of their good link to seniors and some have political approach. The was a kind of hrashment which I had faced throughout my career. And made me deprive of giving my full potential. Even though I didn't stop, and remain continue.
