Yes , I would like about working at NTPC 1) 100% Job secure at NTPC 2). Work culture is very nice &. Good work environment at NTPC 3) Management excellent , transparent & help full 4) Company policies to much better than other PSU Company, NTPC management give high salary

I didn't got promotion on time even of my hard work and loyalty with NTPC. My subordinates were promoted because of their good link to seniors and some have political approach. The was a kind of hrashment which I had faced throughout my career. And made me deprive of giving my full potential. Even though I didn't stop, and remain continue.
