NTP There is no security in the job in C. Almost all the employees are kept in contract so that the plant can be run at a low cost, there is always a fear of when to remove. No burden is put on working. Management does not mean anything to the contracted employees, they only mean the work of the company, the policy of the company also does not give any benefit to the employees.
