Its a small but growing company. Friendly environment.

Dislikes

It is just a growing company so no such fixed policies established. No benefits like shift allowance, leave encashment or Gratuity. Salary hike is purely based on negotiation/demand. Insurance is also provided only after 6 months from joining.
