Very toxic work culture, a lot of office politics, no care for the employee, no salary hike from last 2 years, also no bonus, additionaly you may need to work on Sunday as well that to without extra pay, also have to work 2-3 hr extra with no OVERTIME payment, worst company to be in especially for developers and testers, best company for hr if you are applying for HR role, it's the best company go for it 👍...Read More

Job security as compared to other company

They hire for Cloud and given work in Java similarly they hire for java developer and give working in Linux or any other filed. Also they have only one client that is NSE. I recommended to fresher never join NSEIT. Your career is spoil in NSEIT. They do 2 your bond for fresher and not give you work as you hire for.

There is no work culture. If client ask anything we have to give without any questions. They will remove from company if they will not received salary from client. 9 hrs compulsory you have to work if not they will deduct from salary.
