Upper Level Staff Main Aim to Harassing Lower level Staff of Centre operation with the Idea of centre cleanliness. Do you know what is the salary of housekeeper in this company 600rs, 800rs, 1000 rs, monthly. And if anyone will say to upper level staff then this is indisciplinatory action. TA will work 9 to 10 hours daily including sunday also. If exam not schedule they have to spent their time in centre because they are buy by NSEIT salary....Read More

I have been working for NSEIT for the last 13 years and 6 months. The appraisal system is just for namesake. There is only work-life balance as we need to sacrifice our personal life for hanging on to the job and hence work satisfaction is nil. The salary is very low when compared to the industry standandard and experience. Company culture is simple - Manager is King!!!!

Dislikes

HR is and accounts department are the weakest sections in NSEIT. The management is aware of this and therefore no progress can be expected.
