The work environment is not at all healthy. The org is small and the internal politics is equally big. There are no opportunities to grow.
Dislikes
There is no leadership control and your position can be diluted anytime. AVP level people will talk sweet but will hijack your work and showcase as theirs. They will bring their own team from previous org. and ensure they are promoted. Literally everyone on a leadership level will give you a candy, and ensure you do their work. Indeed a very toxic org.
