Worst envt becoz of Director behavior. He disrespects the faculties n created unethical and cheap politics. Horrible to survive. It's better to not to join in this institution. Director will do drama by conducting interviews and he insults the candidates n finally he won't select. There is no proper recruitment procedures. I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
