The colleagues are very selfish and self centered. In the name of being seniors they mentally harass newcomers and pressurize them to leave the job in a short period of time. Not at all helpful.

Nothing to like Whatever you will read positive reviews are working over there and doing buttering of the director and hr only.

Full of toxicity and micromanagement infact these words are nothing infront of how they treat employees. There is only punch time but if you talk about punch out time , then you are highly mistaken, there is no punch out time and everyone including so called team lead, so called managers, so called director and so called hr even will ask you to give your extra hours if possible give your 24 hrs to Nowara only. In exchange of don't ask extra pay and don't ask about variable and don't ask about comp off. Because any which ways they will not give you. Hr is incredibly incompetent over there, she does not know how to speak as her English is next level weak and bad. Infact she only knows how to butter and how to be good girl infront of directors. She will pretend to be nice and understanding but don't make a mistake , she is very clever because she knows she don't have any skills in work industry she only knows buttering. Coming to colleagues part who actually gives major percentage of over view about company culture. They are not at all supporting nor even competitive also. As employees over there are trained to work like donkey and live like donkey and best part is employees over there including hr are following this also without any complaint and hesitation. Employee and director even don't have a language to speak politely or they even don't know how to be polite because I guess they might have not heard about this word. After seeing and getting through this process now you will wait for salary and that will also be not paid as discussed before joining. Deduction are as follows like medical deduction form employees pocket only, late arrival deduction although except two to three employee everyone is late from 15 to 30 minutes, but they will selectively deduct salary from chosen one employee only not from every defaulters Director who believes in talking about righteous thing without knowing the meaning of morality and right behaviour or things. He is sitting to make money and he follows process like deduct the salary and torture employee to work for more than working hours and that to for every day Sunday's are included in that working day also. They will make you beg for experience letter and final pay like anything and that too will not give in mail, they will give you in hand experience letter if somehow you won above them.
