There's nothing good about this organisation. Leadership is one of the worst. The bosses won't show there faces untill they need something from you.

If you want to ruin your life, personally and professionally, then join this company. U will thank me later. Their bosses are running a government school and not an organisation, and employees are students who's duty is to acknowledge them for everything they do, be it pretending to be hooked up with work but they know nothing. Employees work their a** off getting clients and their efforts goes in vain bcz the lunatic boss needs that credit.
