Team was was good bt Management opportunities was waste. Team leader was showing over smartness (female). Not got support from manager. Which really felt me like i should not be in Hospitality. Never i got learning way from TL or Manager just back work..???? TO conversation was what t hey speak waiter hv to do bcz I m waiter & He/she is in Good position.. It's much more exciting than any other hotel to work in the novotel u will get lot opportunity to learn new things that u not gonna learn in anywhere. This thing i mostly loved in Novotel...

Dislikes

Basically there is nothing to dislike i just don't like the policies that sit bcoz of it i loose my job bcoz of covid they terminate all of us . This this i really dont like.

The job is quite interesting! I struggled a bit in the beginning as there was no formal training session. I learnt everything on the job. I got a chance to wear multiple hats and that helped me get a taste of different roles within the same team

The company is open for new talent and innovation. There are so much to learn not no one will stop you to learn. Growth of an individual is very good, like if you perform well company will definitely take care of you.

Dislikes

Growth is good but the compensation against your duty times or hard work is very less... Some time we need to work more than 15-16 hrs so it's get difficult to balance work life and family life... But I'll say me as a part of hospitality industry now used to be a working for long hours shift..
