It was not a good experience. Despite working hard and always being present and saying yes wherever they allot you still they say he or she is not good. Paying such a low salary and letting work more than 12hrs and expecting us to work more than 12hrs.Pathetic

Team management and culture was very good. In every situation they support us and they give different traning , security and policies was good

From begining in cafeteria food was not good but after that changed the menu that was good

It was a nice experience working with Novotel Kolkata. I like working with NKHR just because of good environment, nice ambience, beautiful team and superior. Good place for learning and career growth.

Sometime over shift but its okay, as a part of hospitality we should not worried about over shift.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3.
