The company is open for new talent and innovation. There are so much to learn not no one will stop you to learn. Growth of an individual is very good, like if you perform well company will definitely take care of you.

Growth is good but the compensation against your duty times or hard work is very less... Some time we need to work more than 15-16 hrs so it's get difficult to balance work life and family life... But I'll say me as a part of hospitality industry now used to be a working for long hours shift..

I like to work with novotel because i started my career from accor. And i feel its a good for my career growth.

Dislikes

I worked very less with the organisation due to some reasons. So according to me i did not get anything which makes me feel dislike with this organisation. Till now everything was good. And i think if in future i will get any opportunity to work with novotel. Sure i will do.

Novotel Pune is best to work with hotel. One of the best in it's segment. No doubt if you work here, get the proud feeling because of it's brand.

Internal staff ego problem, in few case our problems doesn't even reach to our HOD it get automatically vanished by second immediate senior person. Few managers have their favourite staff which is good but it gives negative feelings to others, that eventually make them leave the job because for them other staffs are worthless. Theseare very common in all hotels. Seriously action is needed or else hotel will have only HOD with their favourite staff no Matter they are qualified or not....Read More
