HR doesn't get involved in staff wellbeing within the department..manager do whatever they want and extent to target employees to complete the target .. by spoiling the work ethics and culture

Salary good compare to other hotels in Kolkata.Industrial Trainees are getting rs.6k per month( incase ur absent salary will be deducted) .only 6 days off in a month including satuday sunday.it means one will get 6 days off out of 30/31 days. One can access breakfast / lunch/ dinnner from staff cafeteria free of cost.

Culture is worst .Minimum 11 to 14 hours duty.During festival or holidays no off.Worst behaviour of Hr.No job security. Work from hotel only( no policy work from home for any department)

1- no proper off 2- so much of work politics 3- partiality in staff 4- no proper fixed duty hours always employees doing 16-17 hours of shift 5- no appraisal 6- company said work for 9 hours that's not true 7- personal life and family life destroy 8 - locals employees suffering lot

The hotel is good n is well located n there r lots of things to learn grown n be in the same team as such as i know that's all from my side I was thinking of getting promotion or something else it's been 2 years working here so I was hoping for that to get it soon as the year was going to end so i hoping for that soon.
