Novo Nordisk offers a great platform to learn grow and also has great culture but I would rate it average as it's not the same across all departments. Culture, growth and exposure depends upon the department you join. Company benefits and as a company overall Novo nordisk is 5 stars but only for it's process and stakeholder collaboration and not on people.

Dislikes

HR policies are used as threatening tool and most of the time Policies implied on employee are not clear. Higher management above your directors who are actually trying to deliver good stuffs to retain employee and to preserve their internet @ Novo nordisk are not aware of Ill treatment carried out towards their employee at department level.

Promotions - Poor

Work Details

Work policy: 70% @ office in a month

Work days: Monday to Friday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

From PIP to Promotion – The Greatest Jugaad Story Ever!

Hey, AB fam, PIP = Corporate death sentence. I was there too🥲—panicking, checking Naukri every 5 minutes, watching Bhagavad Gita reels at 2 AM. Priya Ma’am, my boss, had lost faith in me. Friends said, "Bro, PIP se promotion tak koi nahi jaata." But I refused to go down. My Survival Jugaad? Chai Pe Charcha – Timed my tea breaks with hers. "Ma’am, elaichi daalni chahiye thi." Next day? She agreed. Trst unlocked. In meetings, I nodded like a bobblehead. "Ma’am, truly visionary! Aap to corporate Rani Lakshmi Bai ho!" Smiles = Achieved.. Emotional Connect – She loved dogs. I updated my DP with one. "Ma’am, my dog wakes me up for meetings!" Bond = Secured.😉 The Final Jugaad – She looked stressed. "Ma’am, even Dhoni takes a break!" She smiled. Game over. After a few months "Congrats on your Promotion!" Moral? Hard work is good. Smart work is better. But jugaad? Boss, that’s the best! Got a crazier PIP escape? Drop it below! 😂👇
