Nothing to dislike, Only one shortcoming is that Nordisk Nordisk global services INDIA does not pay on par with the industry standards. They should increase the base-pay. Otherwise this company is GREAT

Great work life balance. Never make you work on weekends. Sometimes travel opportunities, sometimes office parties, if you don't have skills, but you can butter well to your director then you can get double promotion, work from home(if you know how to cry, licking will also work), free hand sanitizer in office, free water(wash and drink) & free Parle-G (to make you genius).

Extremely bad management( specially in GBS Finance). Too much favoritism (you will excel if you have great tongue, brain doesn't matter), no free transport, no work quality, no free food, no dustbins at your desk, no coffee cups( need to drink from your fist), no extra benefits, mostly people get goals for cost cutting and they do really well by removing all the mentioned points (at the time I was leaving they were planning to remove gym to save cost ). People who want to chill out like in govt and showcase easy work as rocket science this your place. If you wanna learn and climb without politics or regionalism this aint the place. You can find teams with people from same region/lang or company as teams.
