The company policies are good. Leadership at CVP and SVP level is good

There is no proper KT to new joinees. No support from Management to New joinees. They set unrealistic expectations and pressurize to do more. Feedback sessions are demotivating

They do offsites for employees and take them to good resorts and some time team dinner to 5 star resturant.

The strategy is they will pay you around 5-10 % higher as per market standard so that you join but once you join they will put 2 people work responsibility on you. There is no proper on job training will provide to you but will be expecting that you can perform any task you they asked for. On above that they have 90 days notice period. So if you try to get out from this trap you can not get new job as no other organization will wait for you this long. You will always need to be happy with lot of work where your work life balance will turn to 0 and with negligible year end salary hike. Some department units are headed by managers which are incompetent and not supportive. They don't understand the concern of employees and not helping in resolving the issues. Persons working there are complaining in nature and instead of helping new employee, they will complain about you to manager and provide negative feedback.

Toxic management and extreme politics, in the name of Company's culture, leadership takes advantage of ruling employees leading them to mental stress. Despite of all the good work and efforts of an employee, there will be no appreciation. If one sacrifices their self-respect and follow everything their manager says, will survive here even without doing any work.
