Muruganandham.M Team Leader - Poor team handling, In his team handling, so many associates have quit job. 1 to 2 years only working in his team, He dislike associate growth here.
Muruganandham.M Dean (Team Leader) - He always singing song " GC - Dinesh worked 4 years same charge entry process repeatedly" He inspired from GC dinesh career, so that he wants every associate should work 4 years without promotion. If anyone working in Muruganandham.M team, dont stay here more than one year. Because you will do the same work for 4 years like dinesh. Muruganandham.M simply sitting and assign files to you and remaining time he develop his own skills. But you will do same garbage workbaskets repeatedly there. He never share his knowledge to others and he is totally a self fish person. Even mail conversation he never bcc your mail id while replying to the client. Atleast associate should know how to draft mails by reading mails. First of all he never share how many FT for the process. If you raise a voice, he will ask "what is pre statement review? what is garbage workbasket? According to Muruganandham.M, the associate just do what he says. He has a major problem "Is anyone promoted in team, he was struggling to handle team. Because no backup plan for process. Team associate career affects here. How long will the associate do same garbage works repeatedly? He doesnt know the way to handle team. He became TL as only one year and drop a resignation mail because of poor communication with team members and doing oral agreement with associate for 4 years slavery contract. Dont trust this old age man Muruganandham.M He is riding on associate shoulders. You will never learn anything in his team. He will keep your brain function as disable....Read More

Manager Prabhu Murugesan - He treating employees like a slave. One day he said " I Hire any associate within 5 days in market". He always demotivating employees, the reason is many slave (misc) works is pending. By demotivating , employees will automatically do slave work properly. He doing dirty promotion process here. Junior associate promoted first. Senior associate used to be slave. He smelling madurai people's and give immediate promotion. He throw away many Chennai employees. Please don't give respect to him. About Phillip Team - Be aware of madurai peoples , they grab your opportunities easily without any efforts. One day one charge associate joined in Phillip team and he belongs to Madurai background. After 10 days Madurai Manager Prabhu Murugesan promoted that charge associate to AR analyst and giving exclusive training. He ordering TL to assign him AR works only. Here I am raising one question.You don't have any other senior charge associate in team to promote as AR? Probably That Madurai background associate will do charge entry or misc works and he will take responsibility from Senior associate, not early promoted to AR. Probably Senior charge associate should be promoted as AR who worked in Novigo.(MADURAI PEOPLE'S ARE WELL PROTECTED HERE FROM MISC WORKS,CHARGE ENTRY, SLAVERY WORKS. About Phillip Team : In this team Payment Posting associate Considered as Brainless Peoples.Manager Prabhu Murugesan knows only to blame payment posting as" you don't have charge knowledge" but he never open his bulshit mouth for QC openings. For Payment to AR promotion, Prabhu murugesan start crying in the corner. Payment posting treated like a slave for 4 to 5 years. In this 4 Years , payment posting associates will do misc works.(brainless work) like prestatement review, collection works, garbage workbaskets. Note: we need to share payment batches from other team also. (Like a slave). If we got promoted, then still we are responsible for the same work. (Still our death)......Read More
Payment posting means dont join (Phillip Team). You career will spoil. There is no career growth for payment posting. You will do prestatement review and other carbage works for 4 years. Per week 4 days, Per month 16 days, Per year 192 days, 4 year means 768 days. They hire you for this slave work. Manager Prabhu Murugesan after 4 years. He will say u dont have charge knowledge, so i didnt promote u to next level. He will drink your overall energy and keep u as a perfect slave. As per survey Past 8 years there is no proper promotion for payment posting domain. (many employees quit job and kicked out). because there is no proper support. But we need to support them.
