First of all company says we arent like other BPO's... We are into corporates but People working over there are just not worth to be working in BPO's also...

Company is cheap filled with illiterates and no ethicates. No work culture or good Behaviour on the floor.. People are just working as Customer service since 5-6yrs because they think the job is safe. Getting less paid for their worth and 90% ladies staff who just gossips whole day.. overall pathetic company with pathetic HR and Seniors.
