Each and everything. Starting from the work to endless shift times which keeps getting altered, extremely TOXIC work culture. I applied for the position for an analyst for which I was interviewed and had to qualify each every round with excellence but after joining I was shifted to operations where the whole work was only copying and pasting. The reports that I was asked to make were attaching screen shots to word doc. of the pasting job. Which is extremely useless as I didn't learn a single new skill working for an entire year. And for this meaningless task we had to report to office on a different schedule every single week. There was a very strict time sheet policy to log in but no given time to log out. After logging in at about 11 in the morning there were times when I had to leave at 2 at night, and then report again at 11 the same day with little to no extra pay. And if this was not all, the manager was such a creep that he would continuously comment on my weight, my hair, how I dress. He literally gave me a bag full of junk and my my colleague a bag full of fruits commenting on our body for secret santa. No leaves are given on Indian holidays and otherwise also it's impossible to get a leave. Also, due to recent market they are doing mass layoffs and everyday is a horror....Read More

Currently the major dislike about NT is they are laying off experienced as well as new joined employees to reduce their expenses, However they can reduce their expenses through other ways also there are numbers activity on going in org which are not much imp than employment of anyone.

The company is reputed and good .. Good to start your career.

If you get a good team it's a cherry on the cake .but if your team members are not supportive, you will feel frustated to work as a new joinee. As they will always demotivate you . It's by luck that you get a good team .
