Each and everything. Starting from the work to endless shift times which keeps getting altered, extremely TOXIC work culture. I applied for the position for an analyst for which I was interviewed and had to qualify each every round with excellence but after joining I was shifted to operations where the whole work was only copying and pasting. The reports that I was asked to make were attaching screen shots to word doc. of the pasting job. Which is extremely useless as I didn't learn a single new skill working for an entire year. And for this meaningless task we had to report to office on a different schedule every single week. There was a very strict time sheet policy to log in but no given time to log out. After logging in at about 11 in the morning there were times when I had to leave at 2 at night, and then report again at 11 the same day with little to no extra pay. And if this was not all, the manager was such a creep that he would continuously comment on my weight, my hair, how I dress. He literally gave me a bag full of junk and my my colleague a bag full of fruits commenting on our body for secret santa. No leaves are given on Indian holidays and otherwise also it's impossible to get a leave. Also, due to recent market they are doing mass layoffs and everyday is a horror....Read More
