Politics will happen in hike, promotion discussion. The organization provides 3 days wfo but the management asks employees to come office all days, even during pregnancy.

Salary and compensation is to low compared to competitor.. any concern raised to immediate manager is not even considered at priority... Corporate politics... Internal moment politics... Grievance are never addressed by divisional head's..

Company is cutting cost in even small things like paper cups kep near the coffee machine . Dont know when was the last tym when company gave a gift in Diwali or Christmas. They depend on Managers to keep their company cheerful and happening not sure if the funds are received by the management and they are not spending on us or they company acts cheap when it comes to their Indian employees.
