Great place to start out a career in banking and operations with good culture overall across the organization.

Dislikes

Dislikes would be dependent on the team you are part of cause few Operations teams would have days they would be working 10-12 hrs and whereas there are teams which are much more chill.

Great place for freshers as you get to learn a lot and work life balance is good. Company is good to work at

Promotions once you gain experience is very difficult to get and office politics is there just like any other firm. Most of the work is done on outdated systems, tools and applications so nothing new to learn here.
