First wgen you go abroad you should do background check of the company. Where I did the mistake. The consultant from Dubai, projected this company as best hvac company in kenya. There was nothing in the internet about them. At first they just lured me with the work life balance , money & experiences which I will gather. There is nothing like HR APPRAISAL ETC. When the owner want, they used to pay like this. Company has zero focus on employee growth and retention. The owner used to use foul word to all of the employees.
