Nothing to specify; only if employee slog and shows productivity and performs better than expected, there is scope for growth.

Dislikes

no work life balance, less salary with more work, too much expectation from the mgmt, no proper training, no goals defined, management has no planning, no leadership qualities, no empathy towards employees, disgusting culture, employee grievances are not addressed, no safety measurements, no concern towards employees and no growth;
