I like people who were there working very hard even though they were under paid compare to market and because of IT, apps & systems, operationally not feasible because maximum staff were outsourced, very less permanent staff and then merger. Due COVID19 me & my team worked from home. Anyway, Noor Bank is now no more exist because ithas been merged with DIB. I dislike their operational policy which creates difficulties in people's life, it was not much business friendly.

Very tough because short of staff and so much manual operational work but I managed to automized so many products & reports since started my work.
