I have been working with this company for 6 months, and I must say, my experience has been extremely disappointing. The work environment is toxic, with constant pressure and unrealistic expectations set by the management. There is a severe lack of support and appreciation for employees' hard work and dedication. The management team is unorganized and frequently changes policies without proper communication or consideration for the impact on employees used abuse language also with employees. This leads to confusion and frustration among the staff. Additionally, there is a significant lack of career growth opportunities. Moreover, the work-life balance is practically non-existent<mark style="background-color: #fff5e4;">. Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent.Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign.

The job is quite interesting! I struggled a bit in the beginning as there was no formal training session. I learnt everything on the job.
