I have been working with this company for 6 months, and I must say, my experience has been extremely disappointing. The work environment is toxic, with constant pressure and unrealistic expectations set by the management. There is a severe lack of support and appreciation for employees' hard work and dedication. The management team is unorganized and frequently changes policies without proper communication or consideration for the impact on employees used abuse language also with employees. This leads to confusion and frustration among the staff. Additionally, there is a significant lack of career growth opportunities. Moreover, the work-life balance is practically non-existent. Employees are expected to work long hours, often without any additional compensation or recognition. This has resulted in high levels of stress and burnout among many of employees.
