NLB services is all about favouritism, relations and politics, I have worked 6 months initially everything was fine, but coz I was not profitable to my manager, he planned to fire me with HR teams and without any notice, PIP, didn’t ask me to serve the notice period. They asked me to resignation end of the day.

Dislikes

They want robots in thier office, no activity from HR, political environment.

I have joined NLB recently and it it a dynamic workspace. The onboarding was smooth, colleagues are supportive, R&R happens frequently, and employee engagement is also good.

Nothing at all. Worst work experience. Never go with such companies.

They will be sweet at initial stages only. I was working as contractual person to one IT company. They are just employed to their clients. They have got no responsibility towards us. They can fire you in 1 day without any notice. No fixed salary date. They don’t communicate among each other and lack professionalism. Worst experience. Never join such companies even if u don’t have any job at time.

The management (Owners) are amazing - They will listen to you no matter what & you will always be treated as a family. They will treat you as a human before an employee & that's the most amazing part of NLB Services despite of no appraisals from past 3 years. Its been 6 years & still counting.

Only hyped company in the Market, no appraisal at all. Always high demand from employee but no rewards. You are not going to learn anything here. Work culture is worst here. You have to listen direct No at the time of appraisal and they can anytime ask you to resign.
