Work timings are flexible(during office not WFH😂). Freshers are given the opportunity to explore and choose the technology that they're interested to work on. Strict 5 day working week(working on weekends is mostly not encouraged by the Project Management)

Setting up a Digital Hub in a place like Trivandrum(doesn't have proper air connectivity to other cities, no proper access to public transportation) is one of the major disadvantages for someone looking to join this company. For people living outside Kerala, joining this company coming from far places is not worth it at all. Please opt for any other opportunity in hand. Life in Trivandrum is unbearable. The Product Management team doesn't have any technical expertise or background. They don't explain the Business Requirements clearly and don't even atleast maintain a BRD. They come up with timelines/deadlines which don't even make sense and would put unnecessary pressure on the team. They just run after getting the credit and recognition which they don't deserve. They don't give the required support for the Development team. The HR don't even try to retain the employees who had significant contribution to the projects. They don't seem to care about the high attrition rate in the company. Hiring FTEs is not being done properly and the replacement for the employees leaving the company is being done by onboarding people from vendor partners. Work Details

Before the pandemic, Work from Home was not at all part of the company policy which sounds absurd for an IT company. Now you sort of feel that WFH is like hell due to the odd timings during which you're expected to work. Too much work pressure.
