Nisa industrial company is very hard working company, but when any employee if he is not feeling well in covid 19, he should get paid holiday even though his reliver had come on his duty because in this time no one know who will be Iill and how many days, it is very difficult to serving with his family and that time the only one support is there and that is his company for which he is working hard day and night not only normal condition but also in covid19 time. Nisa company is not giving 21 paid leaves in a year, and every employees is having rights to get it. Because every employees is not only security guards but also the human even he has right to get it paid, and if he is not taking the leave whole yrs, then he should get the 21 days salary end of the year.
