Every thing is going on perfectly/properly. But what the ground level staff is doing, nobody caring that. Actualy, what is ground level report is not sending to higher authorities. Our S/Guards are human being product. Some times report should be obtained from guards also, whether the grievances of guards are being listening by ground staff or not. Being a branch manager must hv involved in P&L. But here BM to be involve in day to day operations like a senior manager operations. Decision making authorities are not given at Branch Level.
