Nisa industrial company is very hard working company, but when any employee if he is not feeling well in covid 19, he should get paid holiday even though his reliver had come on his duty because in this time no one know who will be Iill and how many days, it is very difficult to serving with his family and that time the only one support is there and that is his company for which he is working hard day and night not only normal condition but also in covid19 time. So I request u please give salary to those are not feeling well and not able to come office at that time....Read More

Nisa company is not giving 21 paid leaves in a year, and every employees is having rights to get it. Because every employees is not only security guards but also the human even he has right to get it paid, and if he is not taking the leave whole yrs, then he should get the 21 days salary end of the year.

New Job Anxiety?

Hey all I recently got an offer from a company as it offered me a 60-70 % hike over my current company which was about to secure a job. I am having 3 years of experience in SAP BW domain and mostly and in this I have worked for 1.6 years in BW support and that too in night shifts where there is not much work. I started preparing interviews and cleared them and now got an offer and I put my notice and my last working day was next week. Now coming to the main part even though I'm good about most part having less real time experience and exposure is freaking me out and what will be the new company expectations and I decided to work hard to learn all the details it's just the hands on I'm not sure. With in mean time I'll be preparing in that company I mean once I join should I need to tell my lead or manager that this is at where am I and should I just bluff them as i know everything. Any suggestions please...the joining date is around the corner which gives me more anxiety
